SATGURU’S VOICE - 3

My Salutations to all Pious Souls………….
In this Deep Meditation Anushthan the “Guru Energies” themselves are supervising the Gurukarya, and their supervision takes place in a very subtle manner; whatever they are telling me is being informed to you, you won’t understand this by reading it once – read it at least ten times.

Man’s intellect gives primacy to the physical and not to the subtle hence man gives more importance to the physical body and not to the “Soul”; whatever karmas are performed by the body, whether they are good karmas or sinful karmas, they only enhance the ego of the ‘I’ of the body. Because of the good karmas man also manages to reach the “Satguru”, but he does not recognise him nor does he “believe” him, this is the reason why the number of people who reach the “Satguru” is more and those who “believe” in him is less. Because of the good karmas of the past birth it is possible to reach the “Satguru”, but it is not possible to attain him, and if you reach the “Satguru” you will also obtain “experience of the soul”, but even after obtaining the experience you will not be able to recognise what you have attained; this is because “experience” is related to the “soul” and you only keep knowledge of “karma and body”. What will the body, which only understands good karma, understand the “importance” of “experience” of the soul, the body which has not been able to recognise the Satguru – how will it understand the “experience” obtained from the Satguru. Satguru is alive in physical form, but if you have not been able to recognise him, then how will you be able to understand the “experience” obtained through him, this is the one reason why in spite of reaching the “Satguru” the sadhaks “lose” the Satguru, in spite of obtaining the experience the sadhaks “lose” the “experience”; and they also obtain the “ego” that they have reached the Satguru, they also increase the “ego” that they have obtained “experience of the soul”, everything is progress of the “ego”.

The ego of “I” has got its own separate ledger account, in that by doing good karmas you make progress, by reaching “Satguru” also you make progress, you obtain “experience of the soul” from the Satguru and also just keep making progress. “I” is a representative, the good karma performed by the “I” of the body, the “Satguru” reached through the “I”, the “experience of the soul” obtained through the “I” – these are all of no use to you. This is all useless, because I have recognised the Satguru, I have obtained the “experience” – this illusion will be created and you will never step forward in your life in this direction. Now sit in “solitude” and “introspect” and “ruminate” whether you have recognised the Satguru? Have I been able to understand the experience – introspection will take you within and display of “ego” will take you in the external direction, where you want to go – you decide that first.

The Guru Energies want to put forth their view by means of a story. Shamu was a person who was working as an officer in a bank – in his past birth he had performed good karma whose fruits he was enjoying in this birth and he was happy in this birth. Friends from his neighbourhood returned from Vaishnodevi’s temple, and on seeing them he too was inspired to also go and visit Vaishnodevi. So in a years’ time he saved enough money and went to Vaishnodevi temple for making offerings. In his mind neither did he have any religious belief nor any “faith” about that place. Because everybody went and came he too decided to go, he went there too, everybody was paying obeisance, Shamu also did the same and upon returning he started telling his friends ‘I too visited Vaishnodevi, “I” too went there and came’ – meaning on returning from there Shamu increased his “ego” – that I also visited that place, “I” also took that tour and returned; but that which he should have obtained from going there he did not receive because his focus was not on that – this was a tour of the physical body and good karma.

Ramu was a person who was a labourer in a tea plantation – when he also had come to know about Vaishnodevi he had become a devotee from that time. He always used to ruminate about Vaishnodevi, he knew that Vaishnodevi is that “place”, where on going there all of mans desires are fulfilled; he recognised and knew the consciousness of that place. He also knew, that on going there what he should “ask” for; he also knew that he would never be able to save enough money to make the journey.

That is why he started praying daily to Vaishnodevi, and while continuously praying he became one with Vaishnodevi that during meditation Vaishnodevi “appeared” and then a miracle took place – the plantation owners’ aged mother got the desire to visit Vaishnodevi; so how will the old lady go alone hence the owner sent Ramu along with his old mother to visit Vaishnodevi. Both of them left on this journey – today Ramu was very happy because his life’s greatest desire was about to be fulfilled, his entire life’s wish was about to be fulfilled.

Ramu reached Vaishnodevi along with his employers’ old mother and on reaching there he attained a thoughtless state and over there he “prayed” to Vaishnodevi asking to be shown the path to “liberation” in this birth. He knew the importance of that place, he knew what he should ask for over there and that is why he asked for the path for the progress of his soul. Later both of them returned and a “Satguru” in the form of a medium of Paramatma came into Ramu’s life in that tea plantation and he obtained “experience of the soul” through the medium of the Satguru and Ramu attained the state of “liberation” in this life itself – and these incidents have taken place in front of me.

From this incident we can understand that if we perform good karmas for the progress of our soul, then they increase the “purity” of the soul, and the same good karmas if we do for exhibition then they increase the ego of the “I” of the body; and the ego of ‘I’ is related to the body, hence because of the good karmas performed with the ego of ‘I’ we manage to reach a “Satguru” in the next birth, we also obtain experience but we do not manage to surrender to the Satguru and because of this we definitely keep the identity of “I” separate over there also. The manner in which we purify ourselves before going to a holy place, we balance ourselves to connect to the energy of that place, similarly, before going to visit any Satguru we need to make ourselves so pure that we can “merge” with the Satguru through the medium of our chitta; and in the collectivity of his Ganges waters we need to dissolve the “black ink” of the ego of “I” – the “black ink” can never become “white”, it can only be “dissolved”. If you can do this in your life then your life can also change direction in “one moment”, and the purity and holiness of the soul can only come through devotional practice, hence always perform devotional practice chanting, “I am a pure soul, I am a holy soul. Maybe then you may see the light of the soul within you and in that light of the soul you will start seeing everything very clearly.

Guruma explains to me that however highly educated the teacher the student sitting in front of him is in the first standard only. When I have done M.A., even if I want to put my entire knowledge into that student I will be unable to do so because I have taken 18 years to obtain that knowledge, for obtaining this knowledge the student will also definitely require 18 years. It is just like that, whatever you have obtained through devotional practice over many births, you want to put it in sadhaks in just one birth, so how is that possible – they too will have to wait for many births.

I had said, I am my sadhaks “mother” and it will be my effort to ensure that the difficulties and hardships encountered by me in my life should not be faced by my children, what you say in practical education is correct, but in spiritual education the Satguru’s entire knowledge can be obtained in a single moment” by the disciple, this is my personal experience. Because later the disciple’s body may be different, shape could be different, colour could be different, gender could be different, caste could be different, country could be different, religion could be different but all this is external, related to the physical body, it is perishable – this can be different but the disciples “soul” merges. This incident is similar to when a river goes and merges into a “vast ocean,in one moment the river becomes the “ocean”, and is called an “ocean”. The river completely loses its entire existence, because this is a “natural” event. In this world no man can give you the experience of the soul and no man can receive it.

Even after obtaining this experience it remains – the sadhaks body and the body’s ego of “I” – which even after obtaining the experience does not let the soul merge with Parmatma. Now the sadhak will only have to control his/her “I” – this ego of “I” is the biggest obstacle on the path to liberation of the soul.

Experience of the soul is the door to “liberation”, but you cannot enter the door with your body, the ego of “I” has control over the body, it catches the body, and the body the soul, hence there is only one path – make your soul strong, only then will the ego of the body be brought under control.

Through good karma it is possible to reach the “Satguru”, but you cannot accept the “Satguru”, the purity and holiness of the soul is absolutely essential for progress of Parmatma . This is only possible through devotional practice, with regular devotional practice know your soul, spend some time with it, tomorrow it will become your “Guru” and then you will realise that the Guru outside and the one within are not different, they are one and the same – all of you should reach that state is my prayer to God. Lots of blessings to you all………………………………..
