我們是否可以同時擁有生命裏所有的快樂?Can we get all the joys of life together ?

問題:當我們在生命中得到一种快樂,另外的快樂就會離開我們。我們是否可以同時擁有生命裏所有的快樂?我們是否可以透過靜心得到一切?

答案:在生命中正面與負面的思想同時存在,思想不可能是完全正面或是完全負面。每一個人的生命裏不会一直都處在不好的狀態,快樂和悲傷是生命的兩面。透過靜心,你的頭腦常常都会集中在正面思考上,負面思想也逐漸減少,這樣一來悲傷也会隨之減少。當你的負面素質減少,它們對生活的影響也會削弱。你開始在每一個情況下尋找快樂。你的頭腦開始注意到每一個人的優點。你不會受其他人或任何狀況所影響。經常的靜心会帶給你正面的思想並讓你快樂。

Question: When we get one joy in life, another leaves us.
Can we get all the joys of life together ? Can we get everything by doing meditation ?

Answer: In life both positive and negative thoughts exist together. Thoughts cannot be totally positive or totally negative. Every person does not have bad times always in his life. Happiness and sorrow are two faces of life. But by doing meditation, the mind always stays on positive thoughts and hence negative thoughts are reduced and sorrow also slowly decreases. The negativity in you becomes less and its effect on your life also weakens. You start looking for happiness in all circumstances. Your mind starts noticing good qualities in everyone. You are not troubled by people or situations. Regular meditation brings about positive thoughts in your mind which makes you happy.
