“在世師父”，給于解脫的“媒介”

Everyone studies Mathematics, but everyone cannot pass successfully in the subject; and all those who pass in Mathematics cannot necessarily become Teachers of the subject. Similarly, very few people desire Liberation (Moksha), but all the people who wish for it are not able to attain Liberation; and all those who are able to attain it, cannot bestow Liberation on other people. Only authorised mediums are able to bestow it, and they are known as ‘Satgurus’; and they are able to bestow it because they have taken birth only for that purpose. Generally, they are able to act as ‘mediums’ only in their last birth.

每個人都有學數學，但大都没有在這个科目上成功；那些數學好的人，也未必成爲這個科目的老師。同樣的，極少的人渴望得到解脫；但是，所有希望得到解脫的人 都没有達成。那些得到解脫的，也無法把解脫給于其他人。只有受權的媒介可以這麽做，他們被稱爲 “在世師父”；他們能夠給于解脫，是由於他們只爲了這個目的而誕生。通常他們只有在最後一世才能成爲“媒介”。
