如果還執著于身體，是不可能達到解脫的。即使你無法進行‘出體靜心‘的修煉，但’靈修練習’所在地的意識，你是絕對可以享受的。

Attaining liberation is impossible with 'attachment' to the body. Even though you are unable to perform the 'spiritual practice of out of body meditation', you can definitely 'enjoy' the consciousness of that place where this 'spiritual practice' is taking place.
