The ego of ‘I’ definitely continues to exist within us as
long as we continue with our search for ‘Paramatma’. We will definitely have a
feeling of ‘yearning’ in our minds, as long as we desire to obtain the state of
‘Liberation’. But it is due to these that we are able to attain ‘the state of
void’ (shunya) where the ego of ‘I’ and ‘yearning’ both come to an end. One
attains ‘Paramatma’ and the state of ‘Liberation’ together because both are two
sides of the same coin. It is the total ‘satisfaction’ of having attained
Paramatma that uplifts one to the higher meditative state that is known as
‘Liberation/Moksha’.
