向所有的純靈致敬。。。
今天是‘國際瑜伽日’，只有當存在一個可以讓人們互相連接的瑜伽方法時，全世界才能共同慶祝這一天。要讓人們能夠相互能夠連接，需要兩樣東西：一個是大家都能放心念誦的咒語，另一個是全球都認同的一個方法。現在你可以開心地告訴每一個人，‘沙瑪版靜心’就擁有這兩者。

Yoga Day
My salutations to all pious souls....
Today is the 'International Yoga Day', and it can only be celebrated internationally when there is a method of yoga that can connect people with people. For this to happen two things are necessary: one, such a mantra which can be chanted by all without any doubts, and a methodology which has got global recognition. You can happily inform everybody that both these criteria are present in the Samarpan Dhyanyog technique.
Nobody has any hesitation in chanting -
I am a holy soul
I am a pure soul.
Today this is the only yoga technique in the world that can connect humans with one another, and which has been attained with the blessings of Himalayan Gurus.
