肉體委托給靈魂

The message of the Bhagwad Gita is that you must entrust (the reins of) the chariot that is your ‘physical body’ into Lord Shree Krishna’s hands, that is, to your ‘soul’. But you should ‘remain absorbed in performing your work (karma)’ like Arjuna (his charioteer) and move forward in the battlefield that is your life.

《博伽梵歌》（世上一部最古老的瑜伽典籍，印度重要的聖典）的訓息，你應該把你的“肉體”（馬車的繮繩）委托給克利須那神（印度教三大主神中的維護世界之神Lord Vishnu（中文：毗湿奴神）的十大化身之一），也就是你的“靈魂”。但是你必須像阿周那（車夫）一樣“持續專注地執行你的任務（因果業力）”，在生活這個戰場上繼續前進。

你的“靈魂”是唯一的神

‘The Soul (Atma) is Paramatma (the Supreme Soul)’ - You won’t need to search for Paramatma externally if you accept that your ‘Soul’ only is ‘Paramatma’. 

靈魂是神（至高無上之靈魂）。如果你接受你的“靈魂”是唯一的神，你就無需在外面尋找神了。

家庭生活是最好的修行時期

‘The life of a householder’ (Grihasthashram) is the best period (ashram) of a person’s life because on the one hand, this period creates a new generation, and on the other hand, it helps ascetics to create Ashrams (hermitages). No Ashram (hermitage) can be brought into existence without a house-holder’s help and this is perfectly true. One has to accept and acknowledge this.

家庭生活是一個人生命中最好的修行時期。一方面，這個時候可以培育新的一代；另一方面，又可以協助修道者創立道場。沒有家庭修行者的幫助，道場不可能成立。這是事實，我們需要要接受，並承認這一點。

看見他内在神性的品質

In life, we can only see the external covering layer (packing) which the ‘Satguru’ has assumed but are unable to see the ‘material’ that is inside him in form of ‘Paramatma’; however, the covering layer gets destroyed eventually.

在生命中，我們只看到在世師父所覆蓋的外層，卻無法看見他内在神性的品質；然而，外層最終會毀壞的。

拯救是“賜福”

Salvation is ‘Bliss’ and ‘Bliss’ is Salvation. The attainment of ‘Bliss’ in present time is through the ‘medium’ (of Paramatma), and after attaining Him there is nothing but rejoicing, festivity and Eternal Bliss in life. 

拯救是“賜福”，“賜福”是拯救。要獲得現今的“赐福”就要透過“神的媒介”。當你達到牠後，你的生命就只留下欣喜，慶典和永恒赐福。

去體驗那個非常神聖的本質

A Satguru appears in varied physical ‘forms’. But the Satguru’s ‘Divine Essence’ is one and the same; you should experience that very Divine Essence. 

在世師父以不同的肉身“形式”出現，但他們的“神聖本質”卻是相同的，也是一體的。你應該去體驗那個非常神聖的本質。
