集體的力量和分享的快樂

「一個人的力量是微不足道的,輕而易舉就被敵人擊敗;相反地,集體的力量很強大,不容易被對方打敗。就好比一根筷子很容易被折斷,要折斷一束筷子的話就得費上很大的力氣。其實不難發現動物都會以群體出現,這樣它们才能保護自己,不容易被敵人攻擊。團結就是力量。


「獨樂樂不如眾樂樂,分享是快樂,也是富足。當我們有好的東西時,都會跟身邊的人分享;當別人有好東西時,自然地也會跟我們分享。

最愛的妹妹,生日快樂

至我最愛的妹妹:

每年的生日(2月15日)都能跟你一起慶祝,但是今年例外,但是我對你的愛不減,給你的生日祝福依然是最真誠的。最愛的妹妹,生日快樂

從小就覺得有你這個妹妹是很幸福的事,常常跟媽媽說幸好你生這個妹妹,哈,有人跟我分擔我的家務事,沒錢時你能給我錢花(因爲小時候你還不會花錢,我跟你要錢,你也總是傻傻給我,哈)

長大了,覺得有你這個妹妹除了感到幸福,也有感動(小時候不懂感動)。我們總是有說不完的話,生活、靜坐、心靈等話題。當你走入内在旅程後,我有幸見證了你的心靈成長過程,從家裏的小霸王變天使,為你開心,也為你祝福。在我的内在旅程,謝謝有你的陪伴,給我最大的支持,爲此我一直都感動著。謝謝你最愛的妹妹,生日快樂

我很高興即使你英文不是很好,也沒有其他朋友一起靜坐,可是你還是堅持每天以及每個星期去中心靜坐,心靈成長必須有你這樣的堅持

張艾嘉:每天兩次靜坐,清空心中垃圾

記得在中學時期就莫名的喜歡張艾嘉,喜歡她唱的歌以及她演的戯。星期一早上看到李心潔分享張艾嘉視頻:每天兩次靜坐,清空心中垃圾,她說得真好,也非常贊同她所說的。願與大家分享,共勉之。

只有安靜,才能定心。
安靜,才能聽到上天給你的提醒。
等待,老天爺最美好的安排。
靜坐,摒除雜音 。
人生到了一個時候,就會想往内心走了。

浪來浪去,一如情緒的翻湧,或憤怒、或焦慮,有時,就像被大浪捲上岸、卡在礁岩中無助的小魚,混亂地找不到出口,有時,一個轉念,大浪又將我們帶回大海,回到無邊的遼闊與寧靜。

 張艾嘉的新片《念念》當中,三位主角正面臨不同的人生困惑與瓶頸,然而,當他們有能力與過去和解,這些創傷反而成了最珍貴的養料,支持他們向前。
而在鏡頭背後,卻是張艾嘉面對人生另一個階段的掙扎,她同樣著急、不安,但她也因此尋到出路,積累出過盡千帆的圓融智慧。


安靜下來,人生有很多事情無法預算的

「我最近一直很想講的一句話是:安靜下來。你覺得沒有達到目標,可能是因為太執著於某一個點,如果你真的靜下心來,把固執放掉,你會突然發覺,事情很快就解決了,所有卡在那邊的都是卡在你的執著,反而放下的時候會發現,哇!原來東西就在隔壁,或是另一片天空更大。」


當我苦思著該如何呈現這次訪談帶給我感動時,突然,張艾嘉這段話飄進腦海。


張艾嘉的體悟,來自拍攝《念念》過程中許多奇妙的巧合。電影中有一段描述柯宇綸回到過去,與記憶中的母親對話,當攝影師問張艾嘉如何呈現時,她突然脫口: 停電,然而當下的她並不清楚場景發生的綠島是否會停電,求證後才發現過去真的常常發生,結果拍攝當天突然「啪」一聲,停電!


張艾嘉決定繼續拍攝,利用燭火當光源,不足的光線透過電池燈補強,就這樣順利完成了。「很多事情你都不知道會變成這個樣子,但就是這樣發生了,當你安靜下來就會發現,誰也主宰不了命運,冥冥之中,祂已經幫你把劇本寫好了。」


至今,仍有許多人會告訴張艾嘉,這部戲的宣傳很難、票房可能不會好,但她一念不動,「反正每部戲都會面對這樣的過程,能做的,只有屏除雜念、回歸初衷,安靜地做好想做的事,因為誰也不能預料結果。」


靜下來,擁有真正的圓融自在

能夠擁有這般豁達的心境,自在地面對逆境,張艾嘉的祕密是——靜坐。


「到了某個時候,妳會很想往內心走,不太在意外界的東西,」張艾嘉坦言,兩年前自己突然很急,覺得年紀愈來愈大,很多要做的事卻沒有完成,加上更年期後睡不好、焦慮、緊張……,身心互受影響,於是她接觸了靜坐。

第一次靜坐是在馬來西亞怡保(Ipoh)的一個山洞裡,是原本就有禪修習慣的弟子李心潔帶她去的。在那個安靜的山洞裡,當她模仿李心潔完成靜坐前的儀式後,心情意外平靜,一坐40分鐘,一點也不悶,取而代之的是一種舒服的感覺,於是她知道這是她需要,而且也做得到的。


由於接觸靜坐,她也是長庚生技董事長楊定一的書迷,不僅去聽楊定一在香港的演講,兩本著作《真原醫》、《靜坐》至今擺在床頭。她壓低聲音模仿楊定一《靜坐》CD開頭第一句「等了你好久~」搞笑地說,晚上聽還真詭異……。


靜坐讓她學會把持自己的心。在焦急、恐懼、生氣的時候,張艾嘉會練習從那個點走開,慢慢的深呼吸,坐下來,於是很多事情馬上就有不同的角度出現。當然,有時候還是會生氣、對某些事有自己的看法,她會選擇平靜地堅持下去,而不是用憤怒的方式去對待。


這一年多來張艾嘉維持每天兩次靜坐的習慣。早上約5、6點醒來,接著靜坐2、30分鐘,結束後覺得有精神就起床,疲倦的話就睡到7、8點;下午4、5點也會靜坐,因為傍晚靜坐彷彿幫她打氣,一直到晚上8、9點甚至10點,還能擁有很棒的工作時光。


「妳靜坐的時候究竟在想什麼?」我忍不住問,沒想到張艾嘉大笑:「很亂!」但每到固定的時間她還是會坐下來,只要練習坐著,靜靜數息,讓念頭來、讓念頭 走,不要求腦子要專注的想著某個東西,而是學習超覺靜坐(Transcendental Meditation)的訣竅,一直反覆唸著一個聲音讓自己安靜下來。



最近她靜坐聽的音樂是英國作曲家Gavin Bryars的創作「Jesus’ blood never failed me yet(上帝的寶血從未讓我失望)」:

長達74分鐘,整首曲子不斷重複三句歌詞,一開始她也不曉得究竟在唱什麼,結果默默聽完一個多小時,整個人被療癒。


筆記,張艾嘉創作不輟的祕密

此外,張艾嘉還有一個習慣,正是她擁有源源不絕的靈感、至今創作不輟的祕密,就是筆記。


她翻開夾滿各式紙條的筆記本和《康健》分享,裡頭有隨手的記錄、也有剪報,「這張紙條是聽古典樂時,想到下次劇本可以按照樂章的情緒來安排……,」她說。


外界也好奇張艾嘉永保年輕、熱情的祕訣,沒想到仍是靜坐。

她笑言,看到年輕女孩走來,還是覺得青春無敵,但後來發現,重要的是心不能老,靜坐讓她有機會丟掉內心的垃圾,多出許多空間吸收新的想法,而非一味認為自己什麼都已經知道,把自己限死。


靜坐的習慣,讓張艾嘉重新在混亂中找回安定,明白自己不是人生的主宰,反而放下執著、接受各種可能,自然會迎來更圓滿的人生。  


1953年生,知名歌手、演員、編劇、導演,著名的電影作品《最愛》曾獲台灣金馬獎與香港電影金像獎雙料影后,她更是入圍金馬獎和金像獎最多次的電影工作者,至今仍創作不輟。

張艾嘉目前定居香港,丈夫是香港富商王靖雄,兩人育有一子王令塵。年輕的她自由不羈,談過幾段轟動的感情,也曾未婚生子,甚至歷經兒子被綁架的心碎,然而,走過大風大浪,她突然明白,安靜,原來是最重要的力量。

向全體純靈致敬。。

得到自我覺醒後,門徒應該將注意力放在“自我控制”。因爲“靈性體驗”只有在“自我控制”後才開始;有了自我控制的能力,我們才開始掌控我們的肉體和思想。 經歷“自我控制”後,我們應該練習“跟我們的靈魂在一起


“跟你的靈魂在一起”意味著跟你的靈魂相處。一整天我們陪伴著不同的靈魂卻從不跟自己的靈魂在一起。即使我們全天都在外面遊蕩,夜晚也肯定會回家。同樣的,家是我們的“靈魂”,聖人稱它為“自己的家”。一天裏給你自己至少半個小時留在“自己的家”。你需要花20分鐘進入内在,最後的10分鐘,你將發現你是跟我在一起

“45天的深靜心”,是開始練習“跟靈魂在一起”的最佳時間。我跟你們每一個純靈有個人關係;你們是純靈,因此你們能得到自我覺醒。沙瑪版靜心的大家庭裏,你們會看到各種類的靈魂,好的和不好的。 不論外在他們如何呈現,内在他們全是“純靈”,唯一不同的是“理解”;有些知道“自我覺醒”的重要性,有些卻無法在這一世明白。他們將下一世了解,因爲他需要很長的旅程,來完成從“自我覺醒”到“開悟”的過程。因此在你的腦海裏不要對任何人帶著敵意;因爲你明白“自我覺醒”,而他人并不需要在這一世了解。

一個母親的全部孩子也不是相同的,雖然母親給于他們平等的照顧,我們在這一點是相同的。
 
我一再重復說,今天我再説一遍:我的狀況就如恆河,其中有好的,乾淨和“純淨”的河岸,以及骯髒和不淨的河岸。恆河必須接受它們。同樣的,“沙瑪版靜心”社會中建立起来。它擁有社会所有弊病,它是社會的縮影。但是這些来的人將開始做好事,他们開始朝往“靈性成長”的方向。成長還沒發生,有些人會在這一世,有些人則在下一世。有些人現在就了解“自我覺醒”的重要性,有些人則要等到他們放棄身體後才能理解。但是你會明白這道理,記住你遲早會理解這個道理的

研究了成千上萬的門徒後才這麽說的。我到很多門徒獲得”自我覺醒“後,沒有理解它的重要性。他們死亡的前一刻才理解。他們這一生雖然獲得自我覺醒”,“浪費生命”。當死亡來臨時,他們無法做些什麽,只有懊悔。這樣的事情發生是由於太過重視肉體感覺。當肉身結束時,肉體感覺也隨之結束。那時他們才會記得我,他們哭泣,哀求。時我還能做些什麽呢?我唯有告訴他們,下一世不要再犯同樣的錯誤。

我現在跟你們說這些,那麽明天我就不需要再跟你們說了。“與你的靈魂同在”,唯有這樣,你才達到解脫。我可以這麽說是基於我的60年的經驗。無論你是否有跟某人在一起,但是一定要跟你的靈魂在一起至少“半小時”。  

這是“跟靈魂在一起”的修行練習會給生命逐漸帶來蛻變。選一個15-20尺以内沒有其他地方靜坐半小時,這半小時的“單獨”和“靜默”會改變你的一生。

這看似很簡單,實踐卻非常困難。一個人的“意識”如果專注外在,他無法這樣靜坐5分鐘;如果你要他45天持續這麽做,他肯定會“瘋”。只有一個人的“意識”專注内在,才可單獨靜坐。練習的好處是,你的意識將會走向内在。如果身體不能習慣,首先身體只會反對接著你的才智讓你覺得你不可以練習這個,你還有很多重要工作未完成,爲什麽要浪費這個半小時。當拍照時我們會微笑好讓照片裏的自己顯示笑容。但人們在他的生活當中顯露出憂傷的臉,爲什麽呢?爲什麽我們不在生命裏歡笑呢;同樣,我們在每天的洗澡當中得到了一個小經驗。我們洗澡僅僅10分鐘,就感到非常舒服,因爲10分鐘裏我們只跟自己的靈魂在一起。當時我們的注意力只放在身體上-把水在身體上,用身體,接着用水洗淨身體,然後用毛巾擦干身體。整整的10分鐘,靈魂的陪伴下我們把意識放在身體上,就感覺良好。所以想象一下,如果你靜坐30分鐘,意識靈魂在一起,你得到多少的喜悅!

當練習“跟你的靈魂相處一段時間後,你會開始看見自己的毛病。你會看見你一整天所犯的錯誤,因爲身體會犯錯。另一個好處是,一旦你的意識學會往内,你的意識將不會專注在別人的過錯

你越是深入練習“跟你的靈魂”在一起,你就會開始收到内在的指引,讓你知道什麽是生命中該做的與不該做的。 

一旦你達到好的狀態,就會好靈魂的陪伴。“圍繞”在我們身邊的靈魂,都是根據我們的内在狀態而定的-如果我們的狀態好,身邊就會有很多好的靈魂;如果我們的狀態不好,那些不好的靈魂就會找上我們-他從哪裏他来自我的階級!如果你的狀態好,不好以及邪惡的靈魂不可能會接近你。你周圍的氛圍是根據你的内在狀態形成的。你在大活動上一定有過這樣的經驗,你遇到的都是跟你同樣内在狀態的人。這就是說在堆滿垃圾的角落里,也會累積著室内的灰塵。
  
因此不要在你的内在收集垃圾,那麽你的周圍就不會有垃圾聚集,因爲負面能量的力量也是在集體裏。

一旦這個練習稍有進展,你就會得到這樣的經驗- 你會開始在内在聽到一股如蜜蜂嗡嗡叫的特別聲音。透過這個聲音,你會得到“内在喜悅”,然後你就會停止傾聽外在聲音。其實内在的聲音是空性,那散播在大自然的意識,開始在你的内在流動。逐漸的,我們跟大自然合爲一體。意味著我們的存在不再跟自然界分開,我們的身體跟大自然融為一體,我們跟大自然是一。如果我們真實去看大自然的話,我們是一體的。身體這個虚假的我,把我們跟自然界分離。我們的身體由自然界的“五種元素”組成。當我們達到這個狀態,身體的感覺就會結束,而我們就會跟自然界成爲一體。許多聖人用“禁食降低身體的感覺,但是這只會減輕身體而已。

要降低身體感覺最簡單方法是,多倍增加你内在感覺多於身體感覺。因爲靈魂是純潔跟聖潔的唯有跟靈魂在一起,會增加内在感覺。只有當靈魂甦醒了,他才知道達到自我覺醒是聖潔的,也是他的權利。靈魂是有完整知識的,明白這一切-什麽是自我覺醒,自我覺醒有何重要,多少世的輪回以後才達到這個-靈魂知道關於這一切。身體的存在主導肉身感覺身體不允許去感受獲得什麽-在這種情形下,即使得到自我覺醒,也浪費了身體的誕生。如果你成功的降低了肉身的感覺,那你將會看到微妙的“磁場”,開始在你的身體周圍顯露。這個磁場會全天保護你,讓你避開不好的思想,不好的人,不好的疾病以及意外。你只能保護自己。但是要保持這個狀態,必須經常去參加集體靜坐。早上如此靜坐,傍晚去中心參加集體靜坐。當你靜坐一段時間後,開始得到很好的靈性體驗,並且達到很好的狀態時,也不要停止經常靜坐。

不要害怕在靈性世界所發生的事, 但要從中學習。最近不同師父”的事件被披露。想看,這些人一開始就不好”嗎?如果他們是不好的人,那就不會有上萬的跟隨者。他們有萬的跟隨者,意味著他們開始並不壞,而是之後他們的狀態才變成不好。

取一個用銅做成的鏡子,多次去擦它,今天它會很明亮。如果第二天再去看這镜子,就沒有像昨天看到的那般光亮”了。這意味著空氣裏的塵埃,在一天就落在镜子上面同樣的情况也發生在我們身上。不管靜坐達到多好的狀態,如果你没有每擦亮”身體镜子一樣,那個狀態是無法維持的。

我相信所有這些師父都是好的,因此他們才會有上百萬的跟隨者。但是這些跟隨者也是來自社會,他們經常在師父面前磕頭,因而把所有的垃圾倒向師父。那些可憐的師父就成了垃圾桶

這些師父們不斷忙於他們的活動,以至於沒有經常靜坐”,所以一般人的弊病也會來到他們那裏。之後一般人不好的業障,開始透過他們發生。這種狀態下的他們,被稱之爲“異常瑜伽行”。因此每當我為師父們舉辦的課程,我一定會提到這點-不管信徒是否有靜坐,師父絕對要靜坐,因爲師父是那個持續不斷給予的銀行賬戶

如果你一直不斷“給予” ,縂有一天會破產,因此你也需要有“存放”。如果在一年裏,你存放非常的多,那麽你給予的也只是利息,而心靈狀態的“資本”就會保持不動。這些我不只是跟你們說,我也跟師父們說。一年裏有45天,我進入深度靜心。在其餘的320天,我都是在給予。

這個規則不只適用于心靈領域,也同樣可以用在“歌唱”的領域。歌手如果只在節目上表演,沒有天天“練習”唱歌,他的狀況也會變成這樣。從這些事件上,門徒們應該認識到,即使師父,如果不“經常”靜心,也會衰敗;所以我們絕對要經常靜心。


所有在社會行走的師父都會面對這個問題。在喜馬拉雅那裏沒有人,所以人們的毛病和思想也不在那裏。

達到“自我覺醒”,我們像披上一件白布,這需要每天透過經常靜心,清洗維持乾淨。越是白淨的布,需要更多的照顧。我師父的話說-“社會就像煤礦。在社會中,白布要額外的照顧。如果白布看起來有那麽好,就需要相對多的精力來照顧白布”。當開始練習“跟靈魂在一起”,你念誦“我是純靈”,同時發自内心的去“感受”你是純靈;同樣的,你說“我是聖靈”,在内在感受你什麽都不是,你只是一個靈魂。然後你會發現,只是三遍这个咒語,你跟你的靈魂建立了關係。

念誦這個咒語時,你必須保持安靜。當你念誦時,你應當去感覺你所說的。話是肉身的行爲而感覺是來自靈魂這整個過程,感覺是很重要的。因此要緩慢念誦咒語的每一個字,同時要去感覺它。念誦咒語三遍後,你就會進入靜心狀態。

如果你的意識不穩定,以至於不能靜心,那你也可以持續“念誦”這個咒語半個小時。但是你必須慢慢的念,並且感覺它。記得此時在你周圍15-20尺内不應該有人。其實我們是在給予靈魂的“磁場”機會擴展。但是只有周圍沒人的時候,它才會擴展。你們要“從安全的角度”去檢查,那個地方是否適合-不要在不安全的地方坐下(尤其是女徒)。你也可以關閉的房間坐下,因爲靜坐時是不會將注意力放在身體上

這是在三條河流的匯合點洗澡:寂静,單獨以及靈魂的力量-這者會讓你的磁場擴展。 

現在你也可以看見你的磁場。在你開始這個練習前,先拍一張磁場照。然後45天的深靜心後,再拍一張。你會觀察到你的磁場已經擴展。如果你發現你“靈性成長”,并且感覺平安及滿足,那麽你才繼續練習下去否則離開,尋找另一條“跟靈魂在一起”的途徑。我已經體驗過了,你也去體驗看看,沒有任何師父大於你的經驗。願你們在這個練習成功,這是我祈禱。

My salutations to all pious souls......
After obtaining self-realisation the sadhak should pay attention to ‘self-control’ because ‘spiritual experiences’ start only after ‘self-control’; because with self-control we start getting control over our body and thoughts. After self-control we should practice ‘being with one’s own soul.’

By ‘being with your soul’ I mean staying with your soul. Throughout the day we are in the company of many different souls, but not with our own soul. Even though we may be roaming outside the whole day, we definitely return home at night. Similarly, our own home is our ‘soul’,which the saints have called as ‘own house.’ Give yourself at least half an hour in this ‘own house’ throughout the day. Out of this you will require 20 minutes to go within and in the last ten minutes you will find yourselves with me.
  
This ‘Deep Meditation Anushthan’ is the best time to start the practice of ‘being with the soul’. I have a personal relation with each of you pure souls; you all are pure souls and hence you have been able to obtain self-realisation. You will be seeing all kinds of souls – good and bad – in the ‘Samarpan Family’. They appear so externally, but from within they are all ‘pure souls’, the only difference is about ‘understanding’; some have understood the importance of ‘self-realisation’ and some have not understood it in this birth. They will also understand, but in the next birth,because he has to complete a long journey from ‘self-realisation’ to liberation. Hence do not bring any ‘ill feeling’ towards anybody in your mind; because if you have understood the meaning of ‘self-realisation’ it is not necessary for others to understand it in this birth. 

All the children of a mother are also not alike, though a mother takes equal care of them all, this is somewhat similar.

I repeatedly say and today I am saying it again that my state is like that of the river Ganges, in which there are good, clean and ‘pure’ banks as well as dirty and impure banks. The river Ganges has to accept it, in the same manner the ‘Samarpan Family’ has been created from society; in this all the ills of society will be there and this is a ‘representation’ of society. But in this the people who will come are those whose good deeds are going to commence, and whose direction is towards ‘spiritual progress.’ But the progress has not taken place - it is yet to take place, for some it will be in this birth and for some in the ‘next birth.’ Some will understand the importance of ‘self-realisation’ now and some at the time of giving up the body. You will ‘understand’ but remember this that you will ‘definitely’ understand.

I am saying this after studying thousands of sadhaks. I am seeing many sadhaks who even after obtaining ‘self-realisation’ have not been able to understand, but they ‘understand’ just before they die, what they had obtained in life; and after obtaining ‘self-realisation’ they have ‘wasted their life’. But at the time of death there is nothing one can do other than feel ‘regret’, and this happens only because physical feelings have been given more importance and when the physical feeling ended the body itself came to an end. At that time they remember me only, they cry, they plead, and at that time what can I also do? I only say that please do not make this mistake in the next birth.

I am saying this now so that I may not have to say it to you tomorrow. ‘Be with your soul’, you will attain the state of liberation only and only if you are with your soul. I can say this on the basis of my 60 year experience. Whether you stay with somebody or not, definitely stay with your soul for at least ‘half an hour’.

This is the spiritual practice of ‘being with the soul’, this life slowly brings about a change. Sit for half an hour in such a manner that nobody is within 15-20 feet of you, this half an hour of ‘solitude’ and ‘silence’ will change your entire life. 

This appears to be simple, but this practice is very difficult. A person whose ‘chitta’ if focused outside cannot sit for 5 minutes in this manner and if you keep him like this for 45 days he will definitely become ‘mad’. Only a person whose ‘chitta’ is focussed inward can sit in solitude. The benefit of this practice is that your chitta will go inward and if the ‘body’ is not used to this, then first the body will only oppose it, then the intellect will make you understand that you will not be able to do this practice, you have got such important work pending; why are you wasting half an hour. The way we smile while having a photo taken, so that the photo shows a smile, but throughout their life man shows a gloomy face, why so? Why don’t we smile throughout our life;similarly we get a small experience of this practice while bathing every day. We are in the bathroom for only 10 minutes, and we feel so good during this time, this is because for 10 minutes we are with our ‘soul’ and during this time there is no one else with us but the soul. At that time our attention is only on the body – pouring water on the body, applying soap, then washing the body with water, then wiping the body dry with a towel, meaning for a full 10 minutes our chitta is on our body only in the company of our soul and even then we feel good,so imagine if you sit for 30 minutes with your chitta on your soul only then how much joy you will get!

After practicing being with your soul for some days you will start seeing your own faults – you will see the mistakes you made during the day because the body makes mistakes and errors.The other benefit is that once your chitta learns to stay within then your chitta will not go towards others’ faults.

The deeper you go into the practice of ‘being with your soul’ then you will start receiving guidance from within yourself, what you need to do in life and what you should not do.

And once you achieve a good state you will come in the company of good souls. The souls ‘around’ us come according to our inner state – if our state is good, then there will be a crowd of good souls around us and if our state is bad then bad souls will come looking for us – where is he, where is the person from my caste! And if your state is good, then bad and evil souls will not come anywhere near you. Your surrounding atmosphere is according to your inner state. You would have definitely got this experience during big programmes. You would have met the kind of people who were of the same state as you were in. It is said that where garbage is collected, in the same corner, the dust in the room also gets accumulated.

Hence do not collect garbage within you, so that no garbage gathers around you, because the energy of negative forces is also in collectivity. 

Once this practice of yours develops slightly you will get this experience - you will start hearing a unique sound like the ‘humming of a bumble-bee’ within you. And you will obtain a kind of ‘innerjoy’ through that sound. Then you will stop hearing the sounds outside. Actually the sound within is that of emptiness, the consciousness which is spread in nature starts flowing from within you; and then gradually we become one with nature. Meaning our existence does not remain separate from nature, our body becomes one with nature, nature and we become one only. If you actually go to see - nature and we are one only. The ego of ‘I’ of the body has separated us from nature. Our body is created from the ‘five elements’; and when we attain this state and end the physical feeling, then we become one with nature. Many saints ‘fast’ to reduce the physical feeling, but this is just reducing the body.

The easy way to reduce physical feelings is to increase the inner-feeling many times more than the physical feelings. The inner-feeling increases only on staying with the soul, because the soul is pure and holy.The soul is awakened and knows that it is virtuous and has the right to attain self-realization. The soul is all knowledge, all understanding – what is self-realisation, what is the importance of self-realisation, it has been attained after how many births – the soul has knowledge about all this. The predominance of the physical feeling is till the body exists – the body does not allow it to sense what it has attained – and in this condition even if it obtains self realisation, the birth of this body is wasted. If you are successful in reducing your physical feeling then you will see a subtle ‘aura’ start developing around your body. And this aura will protect you throughout the day from bad thoughts, bad people, bad sicknesses and accidents. You only will protect yourself. But for this state to be maintained always it is necessary to meditate regularly in collectivity. In the morning meditate like this and in the evening go to the centre and meditate in collectivity. However good a state you attain, however good your spiritual experiences you start getting while meditating – do not stop meditating regularly.

Do not be afraid of what is happening in the spiritual world, learn from it. Recently incidents of different ‘Gurus’ have come to light – think a bit, were these people really ‘bad’ since the beginning. If they were bad humans then they would never have got millions of followers, they have millions of followers, meaning they were not bad from the beginning; their state has become bad later. 

Take any glass made of brass and polish it a lot then it will shine a lot today, but if you look at the glass the next day it won’t have that ‘shine’ which could be seen yesterday. This means that the dust from the atmosphere has settled on it in one day, this is what happens with us too. However good the meditation, however good the state you are in, that state will not remain if you don’t ‘polish’ the body-like glass daily.  

I believe that all these Gurus were good and hence they have millions of followers. But the followers too were from society – those followers by prostrating in front of their Guru regularly have poured all their garbage into the Guru, those poor Gurus have become ‘garbage bins’. 

And these Gurus remain busy in their programmes and they have not performed their own ‘meditation regularly’, so the faults which were there in the ordinary people have also come to them. Then the bad karmas which the ordinary persons should be doing started happening through them also and in this state they are called ‘aberrant yogis’. Hence whenever I take camps for Gurus, then I definitely mention this – whether a sadhak meditates or not, the Guru has definitely got to meditate, because Guru is that bank account, which always keeps on distributing. 

If you keep ‘distributing’ always then one day you will become bankrupt and hence you need to ‘deposit’ also, deposit so much in a year that you only distribute the interest and the ‘principal’ of the spiritual state is maintained untouched. It is not that I am saying it only to you, I have said this to the Gurus and for 45 days in a year I go into the Deep Meditation Anushthan and for the rest of the 320 days, I distribute. 

It is not that this rule is applicable only in the spiritual field, and it is the same in the field of ‘singing’. The singer who only performs at programmes and does not ‘practice’ singing daily, his condition also becomes like this. From all these incidents the sadhaks should learn that by not meditating ‘regularly’ even the Gurus downfall can take place; so we should definitely meditate regularly.

This problem is faced by all the Gurus in society. In the Himalayas there are no people, so their faults and thoughts are also not there. 

By attaining ‘self-realisation’ we put on a white cloth, which needs to be kept clean by washing it daily through regular meditation. The whiter the cloth the greater the care you have to take of it.And in my Gurudev’s words – society is just a coal mine and in that society extra ‘care’ will have to be taken of white cloths. If the white cloth looks that good then that much good care has to be taken of the white cloth.
While at the time of starting this practice of ‘being with the soul’ you chant the mantra ‘I am a pure soul’ and at the same time you ‘feel’ from within that you are a pure soul; similarly you say that ‘I am a holy soul’ and while saying it feel it from within that you are nothing but a soul, then you will see that on just saying it three time you will establish a relationship with your soul.

You have to remain very quiet and chant this mantra and while chanting it you should feel what you are saying.
Talking is physical and feeling is done through the soul. In this entire process, feeling is important. Hence say each word of the mantra slowly and feel it while saying it then after
chanting the mantra three times you will go into a meditative state.

If your chitta is not stable and you cannot meditate then you can also ‘chant’ this for half an hour, but you have to chant slowly while feeling it. Remember that there should be no one within 15-20 feet of you at this time. Actually we are giving our soul’s aura a chance to develop, but it will develop only when there is no one near us. All of you sit down from the ‘point of view of security’ by checking the place – do not sit in an insecure place (especially for sadhikas). You can sit in a closed room also, because while meditating no attention is paid to the body. 

This is the bath at the meeting of three rivers of ‘silence’, power of solitude along with the power of the soul – with this your aura will develop. 


Now you can also see your ‘aura’. Take the photo of your ‘aura’ before you start this practice and then take a photo of your ‘aura’ after 45 days of doing this Anushthan – you will yourself observe that your aura has expanded. If you feel that you ‘progressed spiritually’, felt peace,and satisfaction then only continue doing what you have started or leave it and look for some path for ‘being with your soul’. I have experienced it, and you also experience it and see; there is no Guru bigger than experience. May all of you succeed in this practice, is my prayer to God.

傳遞愛和快樂,建設美好社會

24/01/15(星期六)晚上,一踏入門口,屋主一臉嚴肅地問我:「慧玲,我有東西要問你?」

我被她這麽一問,有點错愕,什麽事啊?傳遞愛和快樂,建設美好社會


屋主问:「對了,你是不是有寫文章去聯合早報,寫什麽微笑之類的?我看到你的文章好像刊登在昨天的早報」。然後她就把報章找出來給我看,原來她讀到這篇文章,看到我的名字時,就想要問我是不是我寫的,但當天因爲沒看到我,所以就忘了這件事,突然看到我開門回來,就想到問我。


我聼完後,非常開心。

我是20/01/15(星期二)投稿的,沒想到23/01/15(星期五)就刊登出來了。

我之前讀到一本心靈書籍,其中有提到一點目前世界各地都在散播負面的消息,讓人看了心生恐懼,憂心忡忡。有一家只報導正面訊息的廣播臺,開臺不久,因爲沒有很多聽衆而導致關閉。可想而知,大家把注意力都放在許多負面的能量上。


有朋友問我投稿的稿費,其實我也不確定有沒有稿費,但是這不重要,重要是我做我開心的事。


我開心的其中一個原因是,透過簡單的文字可以傳遞正能量給社會,讓人感受到社會溫暖的一面以及鼓勵大家向上向善。
