為靜心而奮鬥吧，頭腦所有的問題都會消失

昨天讀到奧修說的靜心與頭腦，今天抽到的奧修禪卡又是關於頭腦。呵呵~生命就是如此奇妙，無處不提醒，文章的内容確實當頭棒喝，覺察頭腦的思想，還有頭腦裏面的垃圾是必要的，這樣才能清楚看見什麽東西在頭腦裏轉來轉去。

頭腦就是問題，頭腦會製造很多故事，好壞，正負各種不同故事，深陷頭腦的陷阱裏，心情就會起起伏伏。頭腦會產生小我/自我，有分別心，分辯好壞是非，起歡喜心和憎恨心；有執著心，認爲一切都是“我”的，自然對一切就放不下。

靜心是頭腦的不在，沒有思想，沒有小我/自我，沒有批辦，沒有執著，它處在中央。也因爲這樣，靜心讓人感覺平靜和諧喜悅富足。

為靜心而奮鬥吧。

愛，

為靜心而奮鬥吧，那麽頭腦所有的問題都會消失。

事實上，頭腦就是問題。剩下的一切問題都只是頭腦的回音而已。跟每個問題一一對抗，解決不了任何問題。跟回音對抗是徒勞的。結果只有失敗。不要修剪樹枝，因為你剪掉一根，就會長出四根來。當你修剪樹枝，樹反而長得更旺了。問題不在樹枝。

如果你要砍些什麽，那就把樹根給砍掉，因為把樹根砍了，樹枝自己就會消失。

頭腦就是樹根。用靜心把樹根砍斷。頭腦是問題。靜心是解決方法。頭腦裏沒有解決方法。靜心裏沒有任何問題，因為頭腦裏沒有靜心，靜心裏沒有頭腦。

靜心的不在/缺失就是頭腦。頭腦的不在就是靜心。這就是為什麽我說：為靜心而奮鬥吧。

Love.

Strive for meditation, and all problems of the mind will disappear.

In fact, mind is the problem. All the rest of the problems are only echoes of the mind. To fight with each problem separately will solve nothing. Fighting with echoes is futile. There will be no outcome except defeat. Do not prune the branches, because in place of one branch four will grow. When you prune branches, trees grow even more. The problem is not in the branches.

If you are going to cut something, then cut the roots, because by cutting the roots, the branches will disappear on their own.

Mind is the root. Cut this root with meditation. Mind is the problem. Meditation is the solution. There is no solution in the mind. There is no problem in meditation because there is no meditation in mind, and there is no mind in meditation.

The absence of meditation is mind. The absence of mind is meditation. That is why I say: Strive for meditation.

這就是你頭腦裡面的情況：我看到腳踏車的手把和踏板，以及一些從各個地方搜集過來的奇奇怪怪的東西。這麼小的一個頭……根本沒有什麼空間可以待在裡面！卻有那麼多的垃圾繼續在你的頭腦裡轉來轉去，使你一直被佔據著。只要想想有什麼樣的思想繼續在你的頭腦裡轉動。

　　我們常常忘記說其實頭腦應該是一個僕人，而讓它來管理我們的生活。整個頭充滿了機械式的運作機構，嘴巴在那邊咆哮怒罵，整個周圍的氣氛都被這個充滿意見和爭論的工廠所污染。

　 　「但是等一下，」你說：「頭腦使我們成為一個異於動物的人，它是一切進步和一切偉大真理的源頭。」如果你相信這樣的說法，那麼你不妨做一個實驗：進入你 自己的房間，把門關起來，打開錄音機，允許你自己說出任何在你頭腦裡面的東西。如果你真的讓它全部都說出來，沒有任何檢查或編輯，你將會很驚訝地發現你從 口裡吐出多少垃圾。

我挺喜歡Cynthia這張在印度靜坐營拍的相片，她身上還有一道金黃色的光，直覺就像一尊莊嚴的佛，看了讓人感覺平靜喜悅。

Cynthia從印度靈修回來，我特別喜歡她分享的其中一個體驗和領悟，對我來説，是提醒，也是學習。

在靜坐營，進行一項瞎子行走的活動，意思是一個人必須矇住雙眼，然後透過另一個人帶領走到終點。

Cynthia分享感悟：

「我一向來是一個很獨立的人，很少依靠別人。這一次的瞎子行走，一開始我是不習慣的，還感到恐懼呢。瞬間我感覺到牽我手的人是Swamiji， 我應該信任他，讓他帶領我走，他一直在我身邊陪伴著我，深信即使在我行走時，歪歪拐拐的，甚至跌倒，他會扶我一把，繼續帶領我走下去；一旦我走失，他也會引領我走回正確的方向。總而言 之，我只需全然地信任他，把手交托給他，他就會引領我走到終點。當下的領悟讓我好感動，眼淚不禁從我臉上決隄而下，邊走邊哭，剎那間讓我有種回到小時候媽 媽牽著我的手，保護著我，讓我倍受溫暖和安全的感覺。經過了這麼多年的獨立，一個人獨自承擔一切真的很累人，迷失在人生的十字路口，傍徨失措，不知該怎麽 辦好，甚至開始懷疑自己還有多少精力可以繼續走下去。我很開心且感動，慶幸地現在終於讓我找到一個可以扶持的人，一個讓我可以依靠的肩膀以及一雙可以牽引 我的溫暖雙手，我決定把一切全然地臣服予他。」

唯有全然地信任，才能全然地臣服。多少的信任，就多少的臣服。臣服和小我(ego)不能同時存在；小我在，臣服是不可能的。臣服不是一朝一日的事，它是一輩子都在學習的事，常常自我覺察，學習從接納開始做起。自勉、共勉~

當你處於很深的信任之中，不管那個情況如何，那個信任的品質都會蛻變你的生命。

      

      當密勒日巴(Milarepa)去找他的西藏師父，他非常謙虛、非常純潔、非常真實，令其他的門徒都感到嫉妒。很確定地，他一定會成為繼承人，所以他們試圖將他殺掉。  

　　密勒日巴非常非常信任，有一次，其他的門徒告訴他說：「如果你真的相信師父，你能不能從懸崖上跳下來？如果你有信任，那麼就沒有問題！不會有甚麼傷害發生。」 

　　密勒日巴亳不猶豫地跳下去，門徒們趕快跑下去……那是一個差不多是三千英尺深的山谷，他們跑下去要去找他的碎骨，但是他卻以蓮花的姿勢坐在那裡，無比地快樂。 

　　他打開他的眼睛說：「 你們說得對，信任拯救了我。」 

　　他們認為那一定是某種巧合，所以當有一天一個房子失火，他們告訢他說：「如果你 喜愛師父，而且你信任，你可以進入那個火裡。」他立刻衝進去拯救了被困在裡面的一個婦人和一個小孩。那個火很大，他們都希望他死在裡面，但是他卻一點都沒 有被燒著，反而因為那個信任而變得更閃閃發光。 

　　有一次，他們去旅行，他們要橫過一條河，他們告訴他說：「你不需要乘船，既然你有那麼好的信任，你可以走在水面上。」結果他就真的走。  

　　那是第一次師父看到他，他說：「你在幹什麼？那是不可能的！ 」 

　　密勒日巴說：「我以你的力量來做它，師父。」 

　　現在師父想：「如果以我的名義和我的力量就可以為這個無知而愚蠢的人做這件事……我自己從來沒有試過。」所以他也嘗試了，結果他被淹死，在那次事件之後，別人就不曾再聽過關於他的消息。 

　　如果你能夠有很深的信任，即使是一個未成道的師父也能夠改變你的生命，反過來也一樣，即使是一個成道的師父也無法有任何幫助，它完全依你而定。

奧修禪卡~愛人

我偶爾心血來潮都會抽奧修禪卡，每一次抽我都明白禪卡給我的引導和學習，它帶給我很深的洞見，我喜歡。今天抽了兩張，這是其中一張。

這三件事必須被記下來：最低一層的愛就是性，它是屬於身體的，最高一層、最淨化的愛是慈悲。性是在愛之下，慈悲是在愛之上，而愛剛好就在中間。

    很少人能夠知道愛是什麼。很不幸地，有百分之九十九的人認為性就是愛，但是它並不是。性是非常動物層面的，當然，它具有潛力可以成長而變成愛，但它並不是真的愛，它只是有潛力……

　　如果你變得很覺知、很警覺、很靜心，那麼性可以被蛻變成愛。如果你的靜心變得很全然、很純粹，那麼愛就可以被蛻變成慈悲。性是個種子，愛是花朵，而慈悲就是那個芬芳。

　　佛陀將慈悲定義成「愛加上靜心」。當你的愛不只是對別人的欲求，當你的愛不只是 一個需要，當你的愛是一種分享，當你的愛並不是乞丐的愛，而是國王的愛，當你的愛不要求回報，而只是準備要給予，純粹為了給予的喜悅而給予，然後再加上靜 心，那麼純粹的芬芳就被釋放出來了，那就是慈悲，慈悲是最高的現象。

Meaning of the Card:  These three things are to be taken note of: the lowest love is sex–it is physical–and the highest refinement of love is compassion. Sex is below love, compassion is above love; love is exactly in the middle.

Very few people know what love is. Ninety-nine percent of people, unfortunately, think sexuality is love–it is not. Sexuality is very animal; it certainly has the potential of growing into love, but it is not actual love, only a potential….

If you become aware and alert, meditative, then sex can be transformed into love. And if your meditativeness becomes total, absolute, love can be transformed into compassion. Sex is the seed, love is the flower, compassion is the fragrance.

Buddha has defined compassion as ‘love plus meditation’. When your love is not just a desire for the other, when your love is not only a need, when your love is a sharing, when your love is not that of a beggar but an emperor, when your love is not asking for something in return but is ready only to give–to give for the sheer joy of giving–then add meditation to it and the pure fragrance is released.

That is compassion; compassion is the highest phenomenon.

Commentary on the Card:  What we call love is really a whole spectrum of relating, reaching from the earth to the sky.

At the most earthy level, love is sexual attraction. Many of us remain stuck there, because our conditioning has burdened our sexuality with all kinds of expectations and repressions.
Actually the biggest “problem” with sexual love is that it never lasts. Only if we accept this fact can we then really celebrate it for what it is–welcome its happening, and say good-bye with gratitude when it’s not.

Then as we mature, we can begin to experience the love that exists beyond sexuality and honors the unique individuality of the other.

We begin to understand that our partner often functions as a mirror, reflecting unseen aspects of our deeper self and supporting us to become whole.

This love is based in freedom, not expectation or need. Its wings take us higher and higher towards the universal love that experiences all as one.

奧修禪卡~控制

我偶爾心血來潮都會抽奧修禪卡，每一次抽我都明白禪卡給我的引導和學習，它帶給我很深的洞見，我喜歡。今天抽了兩張，這是其中一張。

控制的人總是很緊張的，因為在內在深處仍然隱藏著騷動。如果你是沒有控制的、是流動的或者是活生生的，那麼你就不會緊張。沒有緊張這個問題存在，不論發生什麼事，就讓它發生，你並沒有期望著未來，你並沒有在履行什麼，所以你為什麼要緊張呢？
 

　 　為了要控制頭腦，一個人必須保持很冷漠、凍結起來，不允許生命力流進你的四肢，流進你的身體。如果讓能量流動著，那麼壓抑將會浮現在表層，那就是為什麼 人們學習如何變得很冷漠。怎樣去碰觸別人，但是又沒有碰觸到他們；如何去看人們，但是又沒有看到他們。人們只靠著一些客套話在過日子，那些「哈囉！你好 嗎？」，沒有人是在意味著些什麼，這些只是在避開兩個人真正的面對面。人們不去注視對方的眼睛，他們不握手，他們不試著互相去感覺對方的能量，他們不讓對 方傾訴，而是非常害怕，就只是在那裡操作，很冷漠，死氣沈沈的，好像穿著一件緊身衣一般。

　　控制有其時間和地點，但是如果我們用它來駕馭我們的生活，到了最後，我們將會變得很僵硬。這個人物被套在金字塔形裡面，光線從他發亮的表面發出，但是並沒有穿透。好像他已經幾乎被他在他自己周圍所建造起來的結構框成木乃伊。他的拳頭是握緊 的，他的凝視是空的，幾乎瞎掉了。位於桌子底下，他身體的下半部是一個刀尖，一個使東西分開的切邊。他的世界是有秩序的、完美的，但並不是活的，他不允許 任何自發性或脆弱進入它。

King of Clouds: Control
There is a time and a place for control, but if we put it in charge of our lives we end up totally rigid. The figure is encased in the angles of pyramid shapes that surround him. Light glitters and glints off his shiny surfaces, but does not penetrate. It's as if he is almost mummified inside this structure he's built up around himself. His fists are clenched, and his stare is blank, almost blind. The lower part of his body beneath the table is a knife point, a cutting edge that divides and separates. His world is ordered and perfect, but it is not alive--he cannot allow any spontaneity or vulnerability to enter it.
 
The image of the King of Clouds reminds us to take a deep breath, loosen our neckties and take it easy. If mistakes happen, it's okay. If things get a little out of hand, it's probably just what the doctor ordered. There is much, much more to life than being "on top of things".

Controlled persons are always nervous because deep down turmoil is still hidden. If you are uncontrolled, flowing, alive, then you are not nervous. There is no question of being nervous--whatsoever happens, happens. You have no expectations for the future, you are not performing. Then why should you be nervous?

To control that mind one has to remain so cold and frozen that no life energy is allowed to move into your limbs, into your body. If energy is allowed to move, those repressions will surface. That's why people have learned how to be cold, how to touch others and yet not touch them, how to see people and yet not see them.

People live with clichés--"Hallo. How are you?" Nobody means anything. These are just to avoid the real encounter of two persons. People don't look into each other's eyes, they don't hold hands, they don't try to feel each other's energy, they don't allow each other to pour--very afraid, somehow just managing, cold and dead, in a straitjacket.

放手

奧修禪卡   ，它像是内在的導航綫，讓自己靜下心，問一個問題，再抽一張禪卡，所出來的答案每次都會給我很大的啓示和省思。好久沒抽了，今天突然想起抽一張~放手，嗯，明白了，太有意思了。

55. 放手

放手

　　在存在裡面，沒有人是比較優越的，也沒有人是較低劣的。在存在的眼裡，一顆小草和一個巨 大的星球是平等的……但是人們想要比其他東西更高等，他想要征服自然，因此他必須持續地去抗爭。一切的複雜起源都是起於這種抗爭。天真的人是已經放棄抗 爭，他已經不再對「更高」有興趣，他已經不再對「完成什麼」有興趣；他已經對證明他是某號人物沒有興趣；他已經變成好像是一朵玫瑰花，或者好像是一顆荷葉 上的露珠；他已經變成這個無限性的一部份；他已經融解了、融合了，而變成與大海合而為一，只是一個波浪；他已經沒有「我」的概念。這個「我」的消失就是天 真。

　　在這張清晨的荷葉圖，我們可以從水波看出剛好有一滴水掉進池塘裡。這是一個寶貴的片刻， 也是一個充滿辛酸的片刻。在臣服於地心引力，以及從葉子上滑落下來的當中，這滴水喪失了它以前的認同來加入底下廣大的水。我們可以想像，在它掉下去之前， 就在那個已知和未知之間的邊緣，它一定曾經顫抖過。

8 of Water: Letting Go 

In existence there is nobody who is superior and nobody who is inferior. The blade of grass and the great star are absolutely equal.... But man wants to be higher than others, he wants to conquer nature, hence he has to fight continuously.
All complexity arises out of this fight. The innocent person is one who has renounced fighting; who is no longer interested in being higher, who is no longer interested in performing, in proving that he is someone special; who has become like a rose flower or like a dewdrop on the lotus leaf; who has become part of this infinity; who has melted, merged and become one with the ocean and is just a wave; who has no idea of the "I". The disappearance of the ''I" is innocence.
Osho The White Lotus, Chapter 6

 

In this image of lotus leaves in the early morning, we can see in the rippling of the water that one drop has just fallen. It is a precious moment, and one that is full of poignancy. In surrendering to gravity and slipping off the leaf, the drop loses its previous identity and joins the vastness of the water below. We can imagine that it must have trembled before it fell, just on the edge between the known and the unknowable.

To choose this card is a recognition that something is finished, something is completing. Whatever it is--a job, a relationship, a home you have loved, anything that might have helped you to define who you are--it is time to let go of it, allowing any sadness but not trying to hold on. Something greater is awaiting you, new dimensions are there to be discovered. You are past the point of no return now, and gravity is doing its work. Go with it--it represents liberation.
  

勇氣

今天抽到的禪卡。

種子無法知道將會發生什麼事，種子從來不知道花朵，種子甚至無法相信它具有變成一朵漂亮的花的潛力。那個旅程很長，不去走那個旅程當然比較安全，因為那個路是未知的，任何事都無法保證。

　 　任何事都無法被保證。在旅途當中，充滿著危險和陷阱，而種子是安全的，隱藏在堅硬的外殼裡面。但是種子勇敢地去嘗試，它作了一些努力，它拋棄了給它安全 的堅硬外殼而開始移動，那個抗爭立刻開始：跟泥土和石頭奮鬥。原來的種子非常堅硬，但是所發出來的芽卻非常非常柔軟，因此會遇到很多危險。

　　當還是一顆種子的時候並沒有什麼危險，種子能夠活千千萬萬年，但是所發出來的芽卻有很多危險。然而那個芽開始走向未知、走向太陽、走向光的源頭，它本身並不知道要走到那裡，也不知道為什麼要走，它必須背一個很大的十字架，但是有一個夢佔據了種子，然後種子就向前走。

　　人生的路也是一樣，它是很艱難、很費力的，需要很多勇氣。

　　這張卡顯示出一朵小小的野花要在白天的光底下開出來，卻碰到了岩石的挑戰。它被明亮的金色之光給包圍著，這朵小花展現出它自己小小的壯麗，而一點都不會感到羞澀，它跟最亮的太陽是一樣的。

　　當我們面對一個非常困難的情況時，我們會有一個選擇：我們可以變得憎恨，試著去責怪讓我們進入困境的人或事情，或是我們可以去面對那個挑戰而成長。

　　這朵花指引我們一個方向，因為它對生命的熱情將它從黑暗引導到光明。反抗生命的挑戰或試圖逃避是沒有意義的。它們就在那裡，如果那個種子要變成花朵，我們必須去經歷那個過程。要有足夠的勇氣去成長，而變成你應該成為的花朵。

The seed cannot know what is going to happen, the seed has never known the flower. And the seed cannot even believe that he has the potentiality to become a beautiful flower. Long is the journey, and it is always safer not to go on that journey because unknown is the path, nothing is guaranteed.

Nothing can be guaranteed. Thousand and one are the hazards of the journey, many are the pitfalls - and the seed is secure, hidden inside a hard core. But the seed tries, it makes an effort; it drops the hard shell which is its security, it starts moving. Immediately the fight starts: the struggle with the soil, with the stones, with the rocks. And the seed was very hard and the sprout will be very, very soft and dangers will be many.

There was no danger for the seed, the seed could have survived for millennia, but for the sprout many are the dangers. But the sprout starts towards the unknown, towards the sun, towards the source of light, not knowing where, not knowing why. Great is the cross to be carried, but a dream possesses the seed and the seed moves.

The same is the path for man. It is arduous. Much courage will be needed.

Osho Dang Dang Doko Dang Chapter 4

Commentary:

This card shows a small wildflower that has met the challenge of the rocks and stones in its path to emerge into the light of day. Surrounded by an aura of bright golden light, it exposes the majesty of its tiny self. Unashamed, it is equal to the brightest sun.

When we are faced with a very difficult situation we have a choice: we can either be resentful, and try to find somebody or something to blame for the hardships, or we can face the challenge and grow.

The flower shows us the way, as its passion for life leads it out of the darkness and into the light. There is no point fighting against the challenges of life, or trying to avoid or deny them. They are there, and if the seed is to become the flower we must go through them. Be courageous enough to grow into the flower you are meant to be.

覺知 Awareness

記得之前每次當我出現一些解不開的疑惑時，我會到奧修綫上占卜去抽一張奧修禪卡給自己，很准，還帶給我新的洞見。你不妨也試試？呵~

奧修綫上占卜

覺知

頭腦永遠不可能是聰明的，只有「沒有頭腦」（no mind）才是聰明的；只有「沒有頭腦」才是原始的和根本的；只有「沒有頭腦」才是革命的，實際的革命行動。

頭腦給你一種昏迷。被過去的記憶和未來的投射重重地壓在身上，我們繼續過著最小量的生活。你並沒有以最大量來生活，你的火焰仍然非常地暗淡無光。

一旦你開始拋棄思想，拋棄那個你在過去所累積的灰塵，那個火焰就會揚起，它是潔淨的、清楚的、活生生的和新鮮的。你的整個生命變成一道火焰，一道沒有煙的火焰，那就是覺知。

註解：
幻象或「馬亞」的面紗一直罩住你，使你無法按照事情本然的樣子來看到真相，現在它已經開始在燒掉了。那個火並不是很熱的熱情之火，而是覺知的涼火。當它將面紗燒掉，那個非常細嫩，就像小孩子一樣的佛就可以被看到。

現在，在你裡面成長的覺知並不是任何有意識的「作為」的結果，你也不需要去奮鬥才使這件事發生。你一直在黑暗中摸索的那種感覺現在正在消失，或者不久之後將會消失。讓你自己鎮定下來，記住：在你的內在深處只是一個觀照，它永遠都是寧靜、覺知和不變的。

Awareness

Mind can never be intelligent - only no-mind is intelligent. Only no-mind is original and radical. Only no-mind is revolutionary - revolution in action.

This mind gives you a sort of stupor. Burdened by the memories of the past, burdened by the projections of the future, you go on living - at the minimum. You don't live at the maximum. Your flame remains very dim.

Once you start dropping thoughts, the dust that you have collected in the past, the flame arises - clean, clear, alive, young. Your whole life becomes a flame, and a flame without any smoke. That is what awareness is.

Commentary:

The veil of illusion, or maya, that has been keeping you from perceiving reality as it is, is starting to burn away. The fire is not the heated fire of passion, but the cool flame of awareness. As it burns the veil, the face of a very delicate and childlike buddha becomes visible.

The awareness that is growing in you now is not the result of any conscious "doing", nor do you need to struggle to make something happen. Any sense you might have had that you've been groping in the dark is dissolving now, or will be dissolving soon. Let yourself settle, and remember that deep inside you are just a witness, eternally silent, aware and unchanged.

A channel is now opening from the circumference of activity to that center of witnessing. It will help you to become detached, and a new awareness will lift the veil from your eyes.
